Thunderbot provides tools for creating and managing web3 raffles. Creators are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. We do not guarantee outcomes, prizes, or the value of any winnings. Entry requirements, including wallet, Discord, and X verifications, must be met before a participant is considered eligible.
Premium plans and services are paid in USDC on the Base network. All payments are final unless otherwise required by law. Subscription periods and renewals are clearly displayed before purchase.
You may not use Thunderbot for fraud, manipulation, abuse, or any illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm other users.
Thunderbot is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
